Farm Kitchens makes some of the most delicious food around, but the food is matched by our belief of having high standards for everything we do. Our employees have a reputation for being interested, committed, and talented in their work. Over the past ten years, Farm Kitchens has earned an excellent name in the field, and we are dedicated to keeping it that way.

Our Field Supervisor ensures any on-site issues are dealt with expediently, so that the level of service does not falter. Fresh products are delivered to each of our sites on a weekly basis. Management meets regularly to discuss and implement new practices and standards - to ensure that we stay competitive while delivering excellence.

Safety is a vital element of our business; from food safety to staff and equipment safety and training. We are members of ISNETWORLD and COMPLYWORKS.

On each site, one or more Farm Kitchens staff have standard first aid training. Our alcohol and drug policies were developed as per Enform recommendations. Our Health, Safety and Environmental Program is available for review.

It is commonly stated that retention of quality staff is difficult in the food services industry however, Farm Kitchens has not experienced this. Management maintains a high level of retention by providing commitment to our staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy for staff abuse, and honestly care about their needs.

Efficiency and cost management keeps Farm Kitchens competitive. We have a consolidated grocery and delivery system based in EDMONTON. We have dedicated purchaser that regularly compares product costs to ensure we are providing our clients the absolute best quality we can achieve for the best price possible.
